⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a great experience with Hayes Automotive! After receiving a frustrating $5,000 quote elsewhere for a used transmission with 92k miles on it, I called Hayes in hopes of finding a better option and I’m so glad I did. They immediately found me a used transmission for $3,000, but unfortunately, it turned out to be cracked. Instead of causing delays or excuses, they quickly located a practically new, remanufactured transmission for an amazing deal and got right to work. They installed the transmission the same day they received it, and by the next day, I got a call saying everything was done. The turnaround time was amazing, and the quality of work speaks for itself. My car runs like new again! I really appreciated their honesty, speed, and professionalism throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Hayes Automotive if you’re looking for reliable and efficient service without being overcharged.

I've taken my Chevy traverse here now for a few different things. The first one was right after an accident I had my car towed there not knowing if they could fix it or not and they got it fixed SAME DAY! I also was just there for a sensor replacement for my traction control and stabililink. I was driving it home and my lights popped back on.. I called them they told me to bring it back and fixed it within another 20mins. These guys are absolutely amazing! They also gave me advice regarding my alignment issues that I've been having! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! HIGHLY recommend!! They're definitely my go to!

Each time I've taken my car to Hayes, they almost always are able to look at it right away. Their prices are fair, they've even charged me less than the original quote on occasions, which really speaks to their professionalism and integrity. On top of all that, they are easy-going and friendly.
